COVID-19 Update for our Customers

Dear Valued Client,

Due to the daily expansion of COVID-19 cases and the guidelines being set to reduce transmission via social contact, we at Algoma Insurance Brokers realize that additional precautions must be taken to keep client and employee exposure under control.

We have made the decision to close our branches to the public until further notice, effective at the end of the day Tuesday, March 17. This temporary measure will help keep our community safe as the situation continues to evolve.

We remain committed to serving our clients and will be available to help you however possible. Since the reduction of social contact is the most effective way of lowering the virus spread, we urge our clients to give us a call, send us an email, our use our Self-Service Kiosk to contact us.

We have the ability to accept payment, provide liability slips, documents and execute transactions through electronic signatures without a need to attend our office. This can all be done electronically.
