This notice will outline our response to the recently announced Province-Wide Stay-at-Home Order and related COVID-19 Mandates, which comes into effect on January 14th at 12:01 am.
As an Insurance Brokerage, we are an essential service. We will continue to serve our clients, with some modifications, similar to the first Province-Wide Shutdown actions in March 2020.
We have decided to extend our office’s closure to clients with a tentative re-opening date of February 15th. Staff will still be available during regular business hours, and please use the contact methods below.
Last year we proved that we could adapt to this client service model, as we were able to operate from mid-March 2020 until the end of June 2020 without seeing any clients in-person while handling all requests over the phone or digitally.

We have the ability to accept payment, provide pink slips and provide policy documents electronically. We also execute documents through electronic signatures without a need to attend our office.
